What is it made up of?
They contain a concentration of nicotine in small quantities, along with a fruit extract and flavors. They can have nicotine. However, nicotine free e liquid or e-juices are also available.
It is made of a base of PG (Propylene Glycol) and VG (Vegetable Glycerine). There are various combinations where both are used in differing quantities. Others are made ofeither PG or VG. Both PG and VG are non-toxic. These are then combined with fruity flavors which are usually artificial. Higher end products tend to have natural flavors.
Fruit and drinks flavors work well with PG while cream based and custard flavors work well with VG. A lot of people prefer to start vaping with an equal combination of PG and VG.

How safe is it?
At times, it has been a little risky due to overheating. The e-cigarette metal can lead to chemical contamination, if the cartridge is over heated. A good option is to follow the instructions as given on the cartridge for temperatures. However, these are rare cases. Else, it is as safe as a nicotine patch. It is probably safer and better.
The chemicals released include Formaldehyde, Acetaldehyde, and Acrolein. When it contains nicotine, users tend to heat it up more.
It should never be taken directly. It is only for vapers to inhale. Also, don’t let it come in contact with skin. Those who make their own juice should wear gloves and exercise extreme caution. It can be allergic.
They should be used with caution and not be kept in direct sunlight. Keep them in closed cupboards.
Where to buy it from?
It is available online at many sites. These e-juices can be bought as a pre-filled cartridge or as a refill cartridge. Refill cartridges are cheaper. They are available in various strengths. It can vary from 0 mg to 20 mg.
Some people even make their own flavors in e-juices with their own concentrations of nicotine, PG, VG and fruity concentrations.
